This much-loved fondue has the advantage of being low in calories, with a mild-flavoured meat broth. A sharing dish where diners cook their meat, seafood, glass noodles, meatballs and vegetables in a broth. Cooking takes place in the middle of the table in a pan heated on a portable gas stove. You then dip your food in a spicy (or non-spicy) "Suki Yaki" sauce before tasting. Composition: king prawns, squid, fish, beef, chicken, beef balls, glass noodles and mixed vegetables, rice, sauces and meat broth. Thai fondue, a tasty and convivial dish for a great evening with family or friends. |
